WebA case of hemangioma of the nasal bones is reported. Clinical and radiologic findings, including CT scan, are presented and the literature reviewed. Although rare, the lesion often has a characteristic clinical and radiologic presentation that can be recognized preoperatively. CT scanning is helpful in defining tumor characteristics and extent.
