You still should be able to sew out your design with jumps instead of trims. Most machines do have trim settings available. WebI used inkscape/inkstitch extensively for the past year and switched to hatch in the past few months. I reached the limits of what inkstitch could do, and honestly, had better stitching results immediately with hatch. You'll lose the vector image creation from inkscape, but depending on your existing skill, that may not mean much.
