Web24 aug. 2006 · Replacing Rotor Bearings: There are two holes underneath the blower which go to behind the rotor bearings. If grease is pumped into these holes then the bearings can be pushed out. The first step is to thread the two holes. Use a tap and thread the holes. I used a 3/8" 16 tap. These are the two holes that were threaded.

Also bear in mind that they cast the blower case from scratch. You can't get the same size or shape inlet port that MP did without lots of welding.
